A short version
I'm Joyce. For more than a decade I've worked inside organizations of every shape — global enterprises, scale-ups, public sector — in roles ranging from project manager to leadership coach, agile coach to change consultant.
What ties it together is a fascination with how people organize around a goal. The structures, rituals, decisions and conversations that either accelerate a team or quietly hold it back.
I founded JD Impact Consulting five years ago this July, to bring that lens to leaders who want to move — clearly, kindly, and with results that hold.
